Call centers are essential to any company, weather large or small, in order to provide 24 hr customer service, as well as save money. Since the demand for 24 hr. service has increased the competition in the call center industry has increased drastically. The competition for the most qualified, fastest, and best equipped call centers is on, and the main thing that will bring them up amongst the others is the training and the technology they use in comparison to what they charge. With this increase of demand technology has moved ahead and there is specific software created to make the call center industry faster and cheaper. Finding the best and most efficient call center to match your company is of top importance.
When you do your search on call centers you will find that there are two types of call center software available. VoIP is the first one, however, the most popular is the CRM system. Customer Relations Manager, what CRM stands for, is a software that automatically does the dialing as well as the organization of incoming calls to improve tracking as well as make the process faster.
By having this specialized software the call center has many advantages from the get go. This comes in handy when you are looking for the right call center to represent your company. Do research on the software they use as well as make sure that they are fully updated versions of the software. It’s essential when it comes to wait time as well as dropped calls, you want to make sure that your customers get the 100% customer service you want them to.
With so many calls coming in and dealing with so many different people and personalities, call center employees get overworked. By having this software in a call center it lets them focus only on the customers and no paperwork, literarily cutting the stress in half. This way turnover in employees decreases as well as the call centers prices will drop as they will no longer need to have so many employees doing the extra paperwork either.
“Time is money” the popular saying states, and by having a call center answer your companies calls, especially if it has CRM system software your customers wait time will decrease drastically. This allows more calls to be taken and made, as well as everything moves in a nice quick flow. Many of the software also have extra features such as recording and listen-in options to improve customer service as well as help in training. What stands above the rest of the features in this software, and its main purpose is the distribution of calls so each is answered quickly and effectively.
So, whether you are currently going into the call center industry, or are a company seeking a call center to represent you to your customers, it’s important that you look at the minor details. Along with the training and language and customer service skills, it’s important what’s under the hood. The software available today makes all the difference in the world, as long as it fits your company’s needs as well as budget.

White sage is one of the best ? burn some of this herb in a room after closing the doors and windows so that the smoke fills the room; you?ll need to be in the room for a few minutes to get the chakra cleansing benefits of smudging.
*Auric brushing: Brushing your chakras with gems and crystals can cleanse your chakras; however, you should leave this to a professional. Improper auric brushing can do more harm than good.
*Get a healthy diet, drink lots of water and juice and get adequate sleep. Your chakras will stay in better shape if you keep your physical body healthy.
*Get regular exercise and breathe properly to maintain proper chakric function.
*Nature: Spending some time in nature can be an effective method of chakra cleansing. Get out into the countryside and observe the plants and animals even if you live in a city, you can do this at a park; the important thing is to make some time to experience the natural world.

*Meditation and reflection: Take a few minutes each day to think things over. Not only will you get perspective on the events of the day, you will also find this to be a good technique for chakra cleansing.
*Love yourself: Before you can give or accept love, you need to love yourself. Love is a powerful emotion which has a positive effect on your chakras.
*Be attuned to your emotions. You need to acknowledge your emotions and be able to communicate them to others when needed. Repressing your emotions is not good for your mental or spiritual health and can cause blockages of negative energy in your chakras.
*Be creative: Bring your creativity into play in your day to day life. This makes your life a more enjoyable one and keeps your energy flow healthy.
*Past lives: To get the full benefits of chakra cleansing, you have to be open to learning from the lessons of your past lives. You can gain insight into yourself which will facilitate the process of chakra cleansing.
*Be the change you want to see in the world: Live your life in accordance with the principles of honesty, respect and trust.
*Prayer: Like meditation, prayer can quiet your mind and the more quiet you become, the more you can hear; this can open your mind and keep your chakras in balance.
All of these are effective methods of chakra cleansing and should be practiced in your daily life. Chakra cleansing may not happen instantly, but with regular practice of these techniques, you?ll be able to maintain proper energy flow and live a happier, healthier life.

Success in the NFL mandates that even when teams aren’t playing their best they need to find a way to win. The Miami Dolphins found a way to win ugly in their NFL preseason battle of Florida on Thursday night. After spotting the Bucs a 6-0 lead, Miami used a late first half field goal and scored the only touchdown of the second half to comeback for the 10-6 win. The victory improved Miamis preseason NFL record to a perfect 3-0 while Tampa Bay dropped to 1-2.
A starting QB battle in Tampa was the biggest storyline of the game and veteran Byron Leftwich appears to have gained the edge over Luke McCown. Bucs coach Raheem Morris has indicated that hell be making a decision soon, though he refused to show his cards in postgame media comments:
“Obviously you want somebody to jump up and take it. We’ll find out when we go back, look at the tape and evaluate this thing.”
McCown had a rough night, with two sacks and no points scored. He gave a verbose no comment on his status as starter:
“It’s not for me to say. … My part in it is preparing every day, being the best I can be and getting better from my mistakes. As long as I feel like I’m doing that, then I’m OK.”
Leftwich, meanwhile, was 9 of 17 for 100 yards and came up big on several third down completions. He had very little to say about the ‘QB controversy’ and instead focused on his performance:
“Hopefully, I’m the guy. I felt good. I missed a few, but I hit a few also. Luckily for me on the ones I missed, I made plays on the following play to get those first downs.”
Bucs running back Cadillac Williams returned to action after major knee surgery seven months ago. Afterwards, he said the knee problems of the past few years are currently not an issue:
“The knee is not an issue to me. … I feel great. I’m just loving what I do.”
The game had several delays due to rain and lightening, the longest a 45 minute stoppage Dolphins QB Chad Pennington said that its hard to evaluate his team’s performance due to the strange starts and stops:
“It was a very odd game for us, as far as the rain delay, a lot of stoppages of play and things like that We were able to come out get a score before halftime and get a score after the half. We’ll build on that. We’ll be critical of ourselves and make sure we don’t let a win overshadow what we need to do to get better.”
Miami will get the NFL regular season underway against the Atlanta Falcons at The Georgia Dome on Sunday, September 13. Tampa Bay will welcome the Dallas Cowboys to The Cigar City on the same day to kick off their 2009 campaign.

If you are striving for 100% customer satisfaction you will need to look into 24 hr. customer service. In order to achieve this in a fairly inexpensive way you can actually hire a call center to take incoming calls, as well as make cold calls out to your customer. You will be able to reach more customers in less time and information will be available for them at any time, no matter where they are located. Since the demand for such services has increased the call center industry has taken some measures in order to answer that demand. The competition has increased and call centers are doing everything possible to stand out from the crowd and get your attention. There is new software and technology developed in order to make call centers more effective, cheaper, and faster.
There are two primary software used in call centers, the first and less popular is the VoIP. The second, CRM, or customer relations manager, is the software that makes dialing as well as incoming calls automatic as well as organizes all the data making the process much faster.
Having software helping a call center is very important as the benefits outweigh the cost. So if you’ve decided to find a call center make sure they are using the proper software, as well as regularly updated versions. This will greatly decrease the wait time for your callers, as well as the number of dropped calls, showing that your company really cares for their satisfaction and comfort.
Another wonderful benefit of call center software is the fact that it actually helps employees at call centers be less stressful and have less things to worry about, therefore being able to focus more on your customer. The call center software takes care of call distribution as well as all of the manual paperwork necessary with each call. It helps the prices of call centers drop also, as they do not need to hire as many employees to take care of the extra work load that the software takes care of.
As mentioned above the wait time is decreased when a call center has a CRM system or other software for distribution. Since each call is carefully and quickly distributed to the next available representative, the wait time is decreased dramatically. In turn, more calls can be answered, faster. There are also special features on many of the software offering listen-in options as well as recording options for grading calls, training, and insuring that customer service is 100% satisfactory.
It doesn’t matter how big your company is, it’s a matter of what kind of service you want to offer your customers. You can use a call center for many services, whether they are inbound or outbound calling as well as IT help, it’s a matter of how you put their services to use to benefit your company. It’s important that, before you go out into the call center industry searching for that right company you are informed about the different software available in order to make the right choice for your customers and your company.

It may only be preseason in the NFL, but the Atlanta Falcons are making a statement that they’ll be a factor in the NFC. The Falcons starters behind QB Matt Ryan were almost flawless, and left the reserves with a 14-0 lead before eventually beating the St. Louis Rams 20-13 at the Edward Jones Dome on Friday night. Both teams are now 1-1 in NFL preseason action.
Running back Michael Turner was unstoppable in his limited playing time, churning out 65 yards in the Falcons opening drive. After the game, he confirmed that the Falcons offense had placed a priority on flawless execution:
“We wanted to come out and execute. They were preaching that all week and we wanted to show that on game day. We’re way better than we were last year at this time.”
Quarterback Matt Ryan was 7 of 8 for 81 yards and a touchdown pass before he called it a night. Tony Gonzalez praised his signal caller in his postgame comments:
“He’s a great quarterback. It’s obvious he’s figuring things out. He has a great arm, talent, and knows how to play with poise.”
It was a disappointing home debut for new Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo, who saw his team blown away from the opening whistle before a half empty stadium:
“Just like I said to the team, we’d have liked to have started out a little better. You’ve got to come out and take it to them.”
Rams safety O.J. Atogwe concurred:
“This was a fabulous game for us. That’s the reason you play the preseason. Going against a team like Atlanta, a top-caliber team, it allows us to reassess what we’ve been doing.”
Falcons coach Mike Smith, meanwhile, was more enthused about the improved play of his rushing defense than the offensive firepower:
“We were much improved against the run. It’s something we have to continue to get better at. We still had some missteps.”
The Falcons will continue NFL preseason play next Friday night as they host the San Diego Chargers at the Georgia Dome. The Rams will play the Bengals at Cincinnati next Thursday night. Atlanta will get the NFL regular season underway on Sunday, September 13th as they host the Miami Dolphins while the Rams will head to the Pacific Northwest for a game against the Seahawks in Seattle.

The often maligned Indianapolis Colts defense matched the ferocity of their Jacksonville Jaguars counterparts play for play, and one touchdown pass from Peyton Manning proved to be enough to earn victory by a 14-12 margin in the NFL season opener for both teams. The victory was Manning’s 118th in a Colts uniform, tying the legendary Johnny Unitas for the franchise lead. Unitas, of course, was the personification of the franchise during their years in Baltimore.
NFL sports betting enthusiasts who took the Jaguars as +6 road underdogs were rewarded with the pointspread cover. Indianapolis dropped to 11-16 ATS over the past three years when favored. The 26 combined points went well UNDER the posted total of 45. Despite their reputation as an offensive juggernaut, the Colts have actually trended to the UNDER over the past three seasons, with 19 UNDERs in their past 35 lined games.
After the contest, Manning displayed his characteristic humility when asked about tying the franchise mark for wins and particularly comparisons to the iconic Unitas:
“I’ve never felt comfortable with comparisons with him. I think he’s kind of in his own category. But I am proud of those wins.”
Manning was more concerned about the welfare of receiver Anthony Gonzalez who left late in the first quarter with an injury:
“I asked Rashean Matthis what happened and he said, ‘I didn’t even touch him . He has worked so hard in the offseason, I just hope it’s not a season-ending injury.”
Colts coach Jim Caldwell was pleased with the effort of the defense:
“Obviously, the defense played well and came up big at the end. We thought it would be a grind, and it was. I think our team certainly played tough, played hard, played with a lot of energy.”
Jacksonville wasnt overly discouraged after the contest either, pleased with the intensity and their effectiveness in shutting down one of the NFLs best offenses. Maurice Jones-Drew gave props to the Indy defense after the game:
“They just did a great job in the red zone stifling our offense. My hat’s off to them. But we have to learn how to finish.”
Quarterback David Garrard also paid respect to his opponent’s pass rush:
“I thought, ‘Here we go again, we have a great chance. You love to be in that situation. We were trying to get the ball to Maurice, but you’ve got to slow those pass rushers down. We did what we could do.”
The Jaguars will open their 2009 NFL home slate on Sunday as they host the Arizona Cardinals. Theyll travel to Houston for a game against the Texans the following week. The Colts will head to south Florida for a game against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night.

Here’s a word of advice to future opponents of Bobby Lashley–don’t make fun of his background in professional wrestling. Mike Cook found that out the hard way in the co-main event of the Maximum Fighting Championships MFC 21: Hard Knocks event. After spending the run up to fight week making fun of Lashley’s tenure in the WWE, Cook lasted a mere :24 seconds before being choked unconscious via a guillotine choke.
Perhaps Cook felt he was creating some sort of self doubt in the former WWE superstar by suggesting that he was out of his element in a real fight, but he turned it up a notch at the weigh in and in his ring entrance by donning a Mexican Lucha Libre mask. That clearly incensed the massive 64 250 pound Lashley, who despite his inexperience in MMA is hardly the sort of individual prone to losing bowel control at the prospect of a fight.
Even after the opening bell rang, Cooks arrogant approach to the fight continued as he immediately clinched with his opponent as if he had no regard whatsoever for Lashley’s strength. Lashley immediately locked in a guillotine choke and basically yanked Cook down to the mat by his head. Once on the canvas, Lashley cinched it in deeper as Cook flopped around”partially in an effort to escape, partially in an involuntary muscle reaction as he sunk into unconsciousness.
After the fight Lashley gave his opponent a hug and flashed his trademark megawatt smile as if to say I told you so. In his postfight interview, however, he did slip in a final verbal jab toward his vanquished opponent saying that he didn’t come to play and that he is all business.
Despite the fact that mixed martial arts and professional wrestling have been interwoven from the beginning, the American Top Team trained Lashley has been singled out by less knowledgeable fans for his tenure in the WWE. Against his next opponent, Bob Sapp, hell be facing a foe that has also spent some time in the worked environment of professional wrestling. In addition to his legit fighting experience in K-1 and PRIDE, Sapp has worked for several Japanese pro wrestling organizations and briefly held the prestigious IWGP Championship.
Even though Sapp’s days as a serious fighter are long past and he likely spends less time in the gym during a given year than Lashley does in a month, he does present an element of danger. Hes still got decent punching power, and his sheer bulk will be a challenge for Lashley who could give up as much as 100 pounds come fight night. Still, Sapp’s only victories in several years have been against overmatched and/or outsized opponents.
